Besides the artists need to concentrate and can’t be disturbed by anything. People who are not getting tattooed are not allowed to go into the sterilised tattooing area, so we would suggest to the attendant to find some other activity during you are getting tattooed. • Pregnant. Can I have a tattoo?
No. There are several concerns about tattoos, so it's probably best to wait until after delivery to get one. Here are some things to consider: - We don't know how tattoo dyes and inks affect a developing baby. Small amounts of chemicals that might be harmless to an adult can have a much bigger impact on a tiny fetus. - Most healthcare providers will administer an epidural if you have a tattoo on your lower back, but they may decide not to if the tattoo is recent and still fresh. There's no clear evidence for or against giving epidurals near tattoos. If you do have a tattoo on your back and are considering having an epidural for pain relief during childbirth, find out what the hospital's policy is before you're admitted. - Because of skin changes during pregnancy, a tattoo that you get while you're pregnant might not look the same after you deliver your baby. - First time in a tattoo studio. What do I expect? Cool people, cool music, nice environment, professional service.

    Before tattoo

    - Please don’t drink heavily and take drugs the night before your tattoo appointment. It could thin your blood the next day.
    - Drink lots of water!
    - Get to bed on time and make sure to get plenty of sleep to be able to sit or lie calmly the following day.
    - Don’t drink a bunch of caffeine or energy drinks and don’t take aspirin before coming in! It will not only thin your blood; it will make it harder to sit still.
    - Always eat before heading in to get tattooed! Being hungry will make it easier for you to sit calmly.
    - You need to keep in mind that sometimes an artist may be running a little behind. The person ahead of you might be taking longer than expected. Please try and be understanding. You can use this extra time to get comfortable with the atmosphere, find the restroom and smoking area, filling out paperwork.
    - Take a sugary drink or food with you to keep your blood sugar up (Coke and chocolate) and don't be afraid to ask for a break if it gets a little much.
    - You may need a doctor’s note if you have medical conditions like a bleeding disorder, a heart condition, or if you have to take antibiotics before going to the dentist.
    - Don’t be afraid, we are professionals.

    Tattoo tips

    - Contrary to the belief that the best period to have a tattoo is NOT a sunny part of the year.
One of the worst enemy and destroyer of tattoos is the sun. During the healing process, you must keep your skin away from UV rays and sun, as it will damage the skin further and can cause all sorts of problems.

    - Know your pain tolerance
Do not push yourself, respect your body limit. If you’re very sensitive, avoid choosing ribs, backs of knees, elbows, or groin areas for your first tattoo.

    - Don’t do it on cheap
A good tattoo isn't cheap, and a cheap tattoo isn't good. You’re altering your body for life, don’t forget.

    - Research your artist
Look over your chosen artist’s portfolio before committing, make sure you’re happy with their work and that their style fits yours.

    - Choose wisely
Long term decisions sometimes can go wrong, so don’t get inked with your love’s name if you are not sure She/He is the one. 

    - Don’t stress
Bite of a bee it’s not worst then that, so just take a deep breath, pack up your courage, sit in the chair and enjoy the freedom.

    - Follow your care directions
Your tattoo artist will tell you how to move forward caring for your healing tattoo. It is important to provide daily care to your healing skin.

    - Enjoy your new art piece
Just feel the freedom, keep your memories in ink, make love, live in peace.
